Leanne McAlister
Leanne and her husband Darcy divide their time over two continents, living both in Asia and Canada. Leanne directs the ZOE Network and is an ordained minister with the PAOC. She loves helping others understand who they were created to be and then assist them in walking it out through their passion, purpose, and gifting. She holds her masters in Ministerial Leadership and is a Certified Leadership Coach. Darcy and Leanne have three married children and have just become grandparents.

Sara Curdie
Sara serves as ZOE’s Projects Lead, where she works to strengthen what ZOE does globally, in helping women thrive and engaging women in helping lift each other up. Sara served as the Missions Pastor in Calgary for 17 years. She has lived in Uganda and the United Kingdom and has travelled and ministered in almost 60 countries. She co-founded the Women of Purpose Conference in Calgary, a city-wide gathering of women to be inspired and launched into God’s purposes. Sara is currently completing her masters in Global Leadership.

Darcy McAlister
Darcy has a rich background in team leadership and people development and has long advocated for women in leadership in his roles as director of Next Generation Ministries and the Personnel Director for the Mission’s arm of the PAOC. He has worked with hundreds of leaders in over fifty countries. Darcy has his master’s degree in Leadership and is a Certified Leadership Coach. He is chief developer of our resources for men.

Christy Thomas
Christy lives in Calgary, Alberta where she serves as an Assistant Professor at Ambrose University. Her background in leadership and education supports ZOE’s work in curriculum development, training and partnerships. We are grateful for the expertise she brings to our collective work.

Anne Yank
Anne serves as the PAOC Women’s Ministries Director of Quebec. She gives leadership to all of our French translation projects and excels in gathering a group around a shared vision.

Lydia Ramsing
Currently residing in Calgary, Alberta, Lydia grew up as an MK (missionary kid) and TCK (third culture kid) in the Philippines, Cambodia, and Malaysia. She has a background in international development and worked in the community development sector in Southeast Asia. Lydia’s vast cross-cultural experience helps us to understand the needs of women internationally.

Valerie Penney
Valerie lives in St. John’s Newfoundland and currently serves on our Advisory Team. Val was instrumental in the initial development of our IDENTITY Facilitator Training Course. We love her passion for activating people into God’s mission and draw on her expertise in Global Education.

Tiffanie Rowley
Tiffanie is a PAOC Global Worker based in Cambodia. She is passionate about seeing others use what God has given them for His kingdom. Her global perspective on women’s issues allow her to effectively partner with ZOE to bring leadership development to women in Asia.

Corina De Guire
Corina lives in Duncan, British Columbia, and is passionate about God’s mission throughout the world. She brings her experience as a Certified Leadership Coach to her ZOE training, where she assists with curriculum development and strategic planning.

Beatrice Kengne
Béatrice lives in Montreal, Quebec. Her masters’ degrees (in Law and Project Management) help her as she takes the message of ZOE to Central Africa. Her mission is to help and encourage women to realize the heritage and identity that is theirs through Jesus Christ.

Amber Price
Amber is a PAOC Global Worker based in Bangkok, Thailand. With over 15 years of leadership development experience around the world, she is passionate about seeing women developed and stepping into their God given skills, talents and abilities. Amber brings this wealth of experience to the ZOE Global Projects team.

Fiona Keen
Fiona lives in Langley, British Columbia, where she partners with ZOE as a trainer and works on our curriculum development. We draw on her attention to detail and strong writing skills. Fiona is passionate about emboldening women and men in their God given identity and purpose.

JIM SHOPLAND
Jim is a longtime resident of the Township of Langley, in the beautiful Fraser Valley region of British Columbia. He feels at home within the mountains and close to the water and along with his wife, Laurie, has raised their family of 3 children for more than 29 years. As a coach for small business owners and family run businesses, Jim helps them regain their vision and grow their business, so they can take care of the people they love.

Tiffany Sawatzky
Tiffany lives in St. Albert, Alberta and loves to see people step into their God given purpose. Her favourite thing is to come alongside people on their journey to thriving! Tiffany has a fun and approachable nature, and thoroughly enjoys facilitating the ZOE Facilitator Trainer groups because of all the things she learns about and through the people she comes in contact with. Tiffany gives leadership to our ZOE Retreats and works to strengthen our leadership development.

Sarah Rempel
Sarah lives in Abbotsford, British Columbia with her husband Jordan and their two amazing children. Her passion is to see women and men discover their unique identity in God and to live their lives fully in the mission God has for them. She believes it is this combination that truly helps individuals live a “ZOE” life. Sarah serves the ZOE Lead team in many areas; helping administrate “all of the details!” Her joy and passion are contagious.

Anna is a Mission Canada worker with the PAOC. Her missional efforts have her reaching into Winnipeg's urban core, as she connects with families. She is passionate about reaching Canada’s next generation to find their identity and purpose in Christ. As a gifted communicator, Anna helps future leaders recognize their strengths and passion to further God’s Kingdom.

Glenda Schwarz
Glenda lives in Morden, Manitoba. She is an ordained minister with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and has served as the Prayer Coordinator for the PAOC Manitoba/Northwest Ontario District for more than 10 years. She enjoys leading IDENTITY and THRIVE groups, watching for the AHA moments when people get the revelation of who they are and what God has created them to do to further His Kingdom.

Sandi-Jo Ayers
Sandi-Jo lives in the quiet suburb of Victoria BC, with her husband and two chihuahuas. They have two adult daughters who live and thrive in Vancouver. She has seen ZOE courses provide great opportunities for intimate conversations, encouragement and vulnerability, allowing people to see who they truly were made to be in Christ Jesus. Sandi-Jo has volunteered at Colwood Church for the past 24 years on the Women's Ministry Team, facilitating ladies' Bible studies and teaching pilates as an outreach, and she also works as a real estate agent in Victoria.

Chantel Mebs
Chantel lives in Qualicum Bay, British Columbia, surrounded by God’s beautiful creation, which she enjoys with her husband. Her passion and joy is helping God’s people step into their God given identity. Whether it be facilitating a ZOE Identity course, helping in women’s ministry or being a gap-filler extraordinaire, this passion guides her.
