The ZOE Discipleship Pathway
ZOE Courses guide a personal journey of discovery, helping you hear God’s voice and explore the questions “Who am I?” and “What am I to do?” Answering these questions brings clarity and focus for living and serving in God’s mission.
It begins with the IDENTITY course, which has helped over 1,000 people move forward in life and leadership. As Sarah shares, “Before taking the IDENTITY course I was in a very dry place, unsure of my strengths or gifts. After the course, I found a renewed sense of purpose.”
THRIVE is the follow-up, designed to help people take their new identity and calling forward. It focuses on building practical skills, spiritual maturity, and self-leadership to overcome fear and old patterns, enabling greater effectiveness in partnership with God.
RELATE, the third course, focuses on relationships—strengthening communication, biblical boundaries, and conflict resolution. It will be released in Fall 2026.
ZOE Courses are available in English and French for both women and men. While we offer online courses, our focus is on equipping facilitators to lead the courses in their own communities. Translation projects are also helping make these resources accessible around the world.

As the national leader of a Pentecostal family of churches, ministries and leaders I am unequivocally a fan of the ZOE Network, its leadership and the ZOE Resources that have been developed. We have chosen to honour the clear call of God that is equally on women and men and we are passionate to see resources available that will motivate and equip women to be all that God calls them to be. – David Wells, General Superintendent of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada
Prior to taking the IDENTITY course, I couldn’t see my strengths or spiritual gifts. Others could see them and would speak them into me. However, I was blind to them. I believed that the things that made me unique weren't acceptable. The IDENTITY course set me on a healing journey of rediscovering who I am in Christ and who I am as a Child of God. The IDENTITY course has helped me 'bloom' not just in my spiritual life, but, in all aspects of my life. - Amy, Saskatchewan
When I took the IDENTITY course I felt like I was on a journey of self-discovery. I am now more confident in my own skin and appreciate what I bring to the leadership table. Taking this course helped me to appreciate and leverage my uniqueness as a leader in day to day life. - Joe, British Columbia
This curriculum will propel you forward! - Margaret Gibb, Founder and Director of Women Together
The IDENTITY course reinforced God’s truths and increased my confidence. Being surrounded by other like-minded women who all have different stories, different pains, different triumphs made me realize that God has given us a unique testimony and He doesn’t want us living in a box. He wants us living our best life, one where we are actively using the gifts God has given us for the purpose He planned for us long ago. - Leanna, Ontario
ZOE Resources are a tangible, quality product that will empower and equip women to be effective leaders in whatever realm they find themselves. Developed by women leaders who are experienced, competent, this material has been refined in the trenches of life. – John Caplin, John F. Caplin Coaching and Consulting
As a leader, the IDENTITY course has provided me with a wealth of information with regard to the strengths and spiritual gifts of women in our community. – Joanne K., British Columbia
Once I acknowledged my God given gifts and talents, God gave me opportunities to use them. – Lorna, Australia
I have found so much freedom. I no longer fear being seen as haughty or prideful to be using my gifts fully and out loud. I used to strive to stay small and hidden with my gifts unless I was asked to use them. I am grateful for what I've learned. – Loralie P., Alberta
This course is going to transform nations!” – Cheryl Weber, Co-host and Senior Executive Producer, “100 Huntley Street”
IDENTITY offers a theological, historical and sociological foundation for women who have absorbed mixed messages about their place in God’s Church, causing them to be reluctant to step out and lead. This curriculum is unlike any other women’s small group material I’ve seen. It is stunning in its breadth, powerful in its honesty, and unlimited in its life-shaping potential. - Patti Miller, Lead pastor of Evangel Pentecostal Church in Montreal, Quebec
One of the things our women loved about the ZOE Courses was how personalized the journey became - no other curriculum that we've experienced in our churches allowed for that. Through the ZOE journey we confronted our fears, became active seekers of truth, carefully evaluated our journey to date, and confidently allowed ourselves to embrace a new future marked by faith in God and a deeply held belief that we are each called and chosen. – Carmen K., Saskatchewan
I’m a huge fan, and looking forward to hearing how our communities, churches, nation and our world are impacted by the women who dig deep and work through the ZOE resources. - Ellen Graf-Martin, entrepreneur and President of Graf-Martin Communications
